Testimonials"Through all our sessions, Laura has shown empathy and kindness and has encouraged me to explore my concerns. She has also challenged me and held me accountable in the work we have done and helped me to push through some tricky issues. I feel like I am now in a much more positive place, and Laura has given me the tools to continue on this path to make even greater progress. Thankyou Laura""I found laura very patient, trying several approaches and exercises until we really found ones that I connected with, not just ones she felt might be useful. At a very difficult time in my life Laura has helped me change my thinking to become more positive, and equipt me going forward to rebuild my confidence and hopefully start to feel like me again"

My professional background is as an Occupational Therapist and NHS Senior Manager, leading thriving teams in community mental health services. I have significant management and clinical experience and a real passion for collaboration and innovation.Clinically, I am an Occupational Therapist and a Women's Coach based in Bristol. I'm trained in Solution Focused Therapy, DBT and EFT. Tapping is a wonderful tool that we can use in coaching sessions. As a coach, I'm passionate about working specifically with women, supporting them to get unstuck and find their true strength and power. To address overwhelm / exhaustion, to discover time and energy management skills; to dig deep and make powerful changes. I understand first hand what happens when we become disconnected from ourselves, and how this can change.More personally, I am a proud Mum of twin boys conceived with fertility treatment. One of my sons received a diagnosis of ASD, which we wholeheartedly celebrate and embrace with him.I experienced the menopause as a teenager, aged 18. I have been alcohol free and sober for three years (and counting), and I'm now fully embracing my 40's, with POWER, HEALTH and CURIOSITY!
